Haven't played since winter of 2018..What do I need to know?

Played till about level 70. I honestly don't remember too much...? I remember beating some big crazy monster at the bottom of the map...

The game seems way different.

I have tried to sit down a few times to play the last few years and couldn't get into it.

I sat down today and played a bit on the new update and it was actually pretty fun!

I am having to relearn controls and pretty much everything.

What should I know?
