Capture mechanism broke

For whatever reason, I cannot capture anyone anymore. For context, major mod wise I’m using CE and VE gravship. No prisoner mods. It was working totally fine and then I was sending off a crap ton of waste packs to a clan and I got dropped podded by a bunch of people. I have been working on this colony for a while and the raid was really strong so I decided to use a one time God mode. When I tried to highlight over the Raiders, there were no dev options, for example to kill them. So I placed auto cannons and the raid was won. I found an android that I wanted to capture to take his parts. However, every time I try to make a colonist capture them they don’t even attempt to do so. For example, I’ll have someone eating and try to make them capture and on the little bar where it says what they are currently doing. It doesn’t even say capture or at the top say that there’s no prison beds available it’ll just immediately change to resting and they will run to their bedroom or they will be crafting and then they will suddenly go just grab a meal. No error messages pop up, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve tried validating files and restarting the game and restarting my computer with no luck.
