Rx 9060 xt 16gb running HORRIBLY. (50fps)

So I recently upgraded my GPU from an RTX 3060 12gb because I was not satisfied by the performance. Long story short, the 9060 isn’t any better for some reason. I’m at a loss at this point, all drivers are up to date on everything. My bios is up to date and I’m not bottle necking. I cannot figure out what’s happening and it’s driving me nuts. It’s may be something simple, there’s a lot of things I don’t know about PC’s.
