Does subliminals cause negative emotions in anyone else?

I’ve been listening to subliminals about attracting more people/being desired and honestly all it’s doing is highlighting the points in my life where I lack that attention and warmth. Has anyone else experienced this where a subliminal makes you notice all the bad?
