Psylocke's ult needs a nerf

The damage i feel is fair and balanced, it's what you'd expect from what you see. What's not fair is this woman being able to use that attack every 7 seconds - it should be able to be used twice a match at most - but it truly does feel like she's able to use it whenever she wants to. I retireate, the damage is fair and its not that its not counterable, it's just way too spammy imo. What do y'all think ?
