PSA: don't stand on roofs at head hunts. Probably.

I noticed awhile back that I can bug out "test you metal" and "spin the wheel" where the script that allows the progression of the event to break if I initiated the event and I promptly hide somewhere high and stealth. This might be the issue with the head hunts. People go standing on the roof. The timer runs out and the boss never shows up. It could be the same issue.
