Calling for backup etiquette

For all you new agents calling for backup, you should realize most people are working on their Shepherd rank. Don't get what you need and leave before you endorse the agent who took the call to assist you. If you leave before, the Shepherd gets nothing but some XP they would have gotten finishing up whatever they quit to assist you. If you can't give them a few minutes to endorse them, don't call for help. Half my calls end up with nothing to show for it. It's like a slap in the face and makes me not want to bother. Have a little courtesy.
