APEGS Fee Waiver

Hello - I got EIT with APEGS in July 2025 and paid dues for 2025. Since I am working in Alberta and not in Saskatchewan, I am thinking to waive off my license fee and only pay membership fee for 2026. As per APEGS website I am eligble for fee waiver. My question is soon I will be applying for PEng with APEGS (with in 2 months). Will waving off my license impact my PEng application in any way? if yes I dont mind paying $250 to them lol. Any thoughts on this?
