About to Upgrade My 1660 Super, 9060 XT or 9070 XT Before Prices Spike?

Thinking of upgrading before prices spike. I’m on a GTX 1660 Super with a Ryzen 5 3600, and my goal is smooth 1440p at 144Hz with a GPU that’ll stay relevant for the next ~5 years. I’m choosing between the Radeon 9060 XT 16GB and the 9070 XT. The 9060 XT seems like the more reasonable option, but the 9070 XT being only about $200 more and offering stronger performance makes it tempting, especially if I want headroom until I eventually upgrade my CPU. Not sure if I should wait or pull the trigger now. Thanks.
