Am I eligible for Medicare Advantage since I have Med-Cal Share of Cost ($1900 monthly!)

I recently started receiving SS benefits and that put me over the free Medi Cal limit.
They also stopped paying my Medicare part B in October which was not communicated and is not noted on neither Medicare's or DPSS website.
I can't find any advice online and Medicare person told me call Medi-Cal who told me to call Medicare.. What is my best move at this time. Thank you, I really appreciate any insights.
