[TOMT] I'm looking for an old children's series.

In the series I mentioned, there is a caravan. In that caravan, there is a man who is a real person and a girl who looks like a puppet. They travel to different places, talk to children, and do different activities in each episode. They even made necklaces with pasta in one episode.
