Moving from Tropical Climate to Cold Winters — What Beauty Products Do You Swear By?

Hi everyone!

I’ve relocated from a hot, humid, sunny tropical climate to a place with actual winter (snow, wind, dryness, the whole thing 😅). My skin is used to humidity and constant sun exposure, and I don’t think I’ve really unlocked how to cope with the cold, dry weather.

I’d love to hear from those of you who have made a similar climate switch or who live in places with harsh winters: • What skincare or makeup products do you specifically stock up on from your home country because nothing else compares? • Any must-have ingredients that helped with dryness, flakiness, redness, windburn, or dullness? • What habits/tips did you learn that actually made a difference? • Anything you wish someone had told you before your first winter?
