How do I survive my restraining order hearing against my ex?

Im still trying to survive and live after my relationship with my narcissistic ex boyfriend.

He said hes going to file a cease and desist against me because I filed a restraining order against him for harassing me.

How would i survive this? I dont have anyone supporting me or helping me out. I feel so lost. I dont have money for an attorney or therapy.

I’m just trying to get by but I feel alone.
