Getting Z-Wave Yale Assure SL to show up in Google Home?

I have Smartthings linked to Google Home (and I've unlinked and relinked several times), and all my devices come over from Smartthings *except* one z-wave Yale Assure SL lock. I've hard reset it, but not sure what else to try.
