**About Me**

By day, I run a company I founded in business school and I've always been that take charge type in my professional life. That same attitude is also present in my private life, as I've been into kink as long as I can remember. Post college pretty much every relationship of mine has been a D/s dynamic of some kind, sometimes with experienced subs, sometimes training someone new. The most important element of kink and D/s to me is clear, honest communication: if you can't discuss what you want, like, need, and what you don't, you're not going to be successful (or safe) with kink and D/s. I prefer to praise and reward than to punish, but then again, I'm of the opinion that if you're enjoying it, you're not being punished.

Having been in kink for a while, I've got a fairly wide range of things that I'm into. A short list would include most all kinds of rough play (spanking, manhandling, hair pulling, etc), to bondage (restraints/gags/cuffs more so than rope), to role play, anal sex, face fucking, the list goes on. When it comes to "outside the bedroom" things like protocol or training, I am not one for daily requirements or requests; I don't want to select your outfits, or tell you what to eat, or otherwise micromanage your day to day. I will however likely specify the exact type of outfit you wear when we meet, or how to address me in private, or give you a task(s) to complete on your own time. All of this structure is based on communication and consent, and I usually build it up over time.

**I'm Looking For**

Ideally I would like to find a new sub/slave with structure that extends beyond the bedroom as part of a romantic LTR. That being said, I don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good, so if you're looking for something more limited or casual, that's not necessarily a deal breaker. Even before getting into kink, my first girlfriend was bi and whether it's nature or nurture, most of my relationships since that time have also been with non-strictly hetero women, although that is not a hard and fast rule.

**About You**

Outside of kink chemistry, I expect a partner with intellect and drive; the boss by day, boss me around by night type, so to speak. In terms of appearance, I am drawn to runners and that type of thin to fit body type (spend some formative years running with girls in sports bras and booty shorts and it will inform your tastes for life, I suppose), but that's not a deal breaker. I do generally prefer a younger partner.
