Worth Buying A Colorimeter for Myself?

I am debating whether to buy myself a colorimeter just to get the most accurate colors for gaming. Sure it might be pricey than just doing it myself and while I do have Photoshop, I'm not necessarily someone with a DSLR snapping photos or doing art content professionally. More so just quick and hobby stuff but I just wanted to get the genuine results of my monitor capabilities. Plus, I'm just confused whether the default Samsung settings are any good.

My monitor is the Odyssey G95C (no not the OLED G95SC. Completely different. Costco only had this one on promo when I got it months ago). Debating getting the Display Pro HL as it seems to be good and on promo.
