I did it

I woke up with a migraine today, classic right? We’ve all been there if we’re here. But today I decided that instead of getting up and being miserable and barely functional and taking Advil or Tylenol again for no reason, I’d take an abortive.

So I did it, fam. I took a sumatriptan and went back to bed for about an hour and a half. AND WHEN I AWOKE I HAD A PRODUCTIVE, ENJOYABLE DAY with a mild headache and no nausea instead of a debilitating one and the constant tummy turning.

I know many of us have rebound/overuse headaches and this is not always a perfect option, but sometimes it’s the best one. Just take the damn abortive, friend!!! You deserve to feel better xoxoxoxo
