My 3 month old kitten bites me always

I've tried everything. Play with her for about 2 hours every day in sessions of 15-40 minutes, tell her "no", distract her with toys or stop giving her my attention... she just follows me and keep biting my hands/ankles. It hurts me so much, that even my mom and I have to lock ourselves in our rooms for 10-30 minutes and she gets mad at me and tells me I have to hit her (of course I won't). It happens all the day, when we're on the hall, sleeping (and the door of the bedroom is open), eating and even playing with my kittens wand or other toys.

I know that this behavior is related to her teething stage and with the fact that sometimes she is alone in the house. We don't have other cats and my mom refuses to adopt another, she just let me have her because I have a lot of free time this year and I insisted her (I'm 20 yo btw)

Pls help me, what should I do or buy for her??? Sometimes I think I'm doing everything wrong and just cry :(
