Minties Treats

Background: the dog treat brand Minties is owned by PetIQ which was recently bought out by the Bansk Group (a PE firm). My dog has had indigestion, diarrhea, and has thrown up bits and pieces of their dental chews.

Question: Is there anything eye-popping about these from the ingredient list below? I see dozens of similar reviews on Amazon but an overwhelming majority of positive reviews that I can't help but feel has been bought out or fake. Does anyone have any more info on this?
