DTR keeps slipping off from moisture buildup

I’ve been restoring using the DTR/Screw method. I’m at about a CI-6 when flaccid, but I’m a big time grower so I’m only CI-3 or 4 when erect. I’ve also been doing some dekeratinization with retinol and urea.

As I’ve gotten more foreskin and dekeratinized, a lot more moisture has been building up inside my foreskin throughout the day as I restore. Lately, the DTR has started slipping off later in the day due to all the moisture buildup.

I’ve tried using toilet paper to dry things off a bit and it buys a little time, but the device still slips off after a while.

I’m imagining others must have encountered this problem before? Are there any solutions?
