Zaffiri Issues?

Hey Yall,

Just got a Zaffiri Zulu elite slide in the mail. It came with 2 barrels, a gold ported one and a black spiral fluted/threaded one.

Took it to the range and it literally wont even chamber a round. Gunsmith at the range took one look and said "It's Zaffiri, thats your issue". So it's currently an unfired paperweight. Not sure if its out of spec, or if theres some unspoken break-in period or something.

Has anyone else had this experience with Zaffiri? Is there something im missing? Worth exchanging for or should I just cut my losses and get a full refund?
