Online GED testing got disabled after my first exam… anyone else deal with this?
I just took my first GED test online (Social Studies). I followed all the rules, no issues, no warnings, nothing weird on my end. As soon as I finished, my account now says my online testing is disabled and I can’t schedule any more at home tests.
This was literally my first online GED exam ever. The only thing I did before this was a practice test like two months ago.
I also have pretty bad social anxiety, so going to an in-person testing center isn’t really an option for me. I need the online testing.
Has anyone else had this happen? Did you get it fixed? How long did it take, and what did you tell them?
Any help or similar experiences would be appreciated.
