Anyone got ideas for 300-400 dollar gaming laptop? Open to used/refurb

Title. Anyone got any recs? Or am I just better off building a PC?

I'm a college student so I could use student discounts if there are any. I think Target has a 1-time 25% off, which I haven't used.
