PC VR Capability? (RX6800XT & 7 7700x)

I have a moza r5 and an old quest 2 lying around, how much fps could high - ultra high settings get me - max resolution on the quest? aiming for a stable 90... and does the fact I'm going to be playing in no hesi change a lot in terms of performance?
