Help me make the best cauliflower I’ve ever had (Eastern European recipe)

Recently at an Eastern European restaurant I had the best green beans and cauliflower I’ve ever had in my life. I dream about it every week! I know nothing about Eastern European cooking and spices - here’s the menu description:

ADJIKA, GEORGIAN PESTO, TOASTED ALMONDS, HONEY PEPPER GLAZE, CILANTRO

I need help figuring out Adjika and Georgian pesto. From a quick google there are recipes to make from scratch, but as a mom that has 10 minutes to throw dinner together every night I’m hoping these can be bought somewhere online as I don’t have an Eastern European grocer near me. I don’t know what common brands are or how to tell they’re authentic - any tips appreciated!
