Is CoT Cooked?

Been looking for St. Auggie tix on cash or trade. I was staring at my phone just now when I got a notification for pit tickets. I had sent a request within the next 60 seconds, but didn’t get selected. Seems to be par for the course these days. Is it still possible to get tickets on this app?
