Ranger vs Amarok - What should I pick?

G'day all,

I've stumbled upon an amazing opportunity, without going into the nitty and gritty, I have the chance to pick between a 2016 PX2 Ranger XL 2.2L and a 2016 Amarok TDI420... It's going to be completely free as a gift from my incredibly generous boss.

Basically, just want some advice on both models and which would be a safer bet, pending condition of each. I know the ranger has 200k on the clock, unsure about how many km's on the Amarok at this point. Both have been company cars and have undergone very routine maintenance.

I will be keeping the car to use daily, so not gonna try and sell it or anything. Would love to hear what people would pick in this situation.
