If you’re not aware of the stars that are aligned.
Hey, do any of y’all remember 1995? Do you remember the entire history concerning equities, yields and bonds? I do!
To summarize, it’s a little something like this:
1: There is a pullback in the US equity market. This pullback is not supported by Fed decisions regarding Interest Rates; instead, it’s a pullback caused by uncertainty within equities during a cooling economic regime in the US.
-
Federal Reserve is without a doubt dovish. Liquidity in the markets is rising, caused by the first point listed above, in addition to, the Federal Reserve injecting capital into the markets to supply more liquidity.
-
There is an expansion within the CAPEX of the companies that, due to their weight within the S&P 500, drive the market. The mega-cap companies.
-
A bunching of catalysts within a short timeframe (1 to 4 weeks).
Oh? That sounds insanely familiar, almost too familiar… as if we are actively witnessing the same series of events unfolding before us. It’s almost like the “Ponzi Scheme” people are labelling the current tech CAPEX cycle as, displays a typical characteristic of prior CAPEX cycles within market leading sectors. You think Dick Cheney was the CEO of Halliburton for no reason during 1995-2000?
If you aren’t following me this far, just delete your investment accounts and put it into a HYSA; or, if you’d rather, put it into the hands of a bank and let them use it.
Within an actively expanding industry, you expect there to be funds flowing between the companies that are reliant on each others business. Especially in industries that still require proper incorporation into the global infrastructure.
Be prepared for in insanely unexpected, incredibly unstoppable, mind melting melt up over the next 5 years. This next year, without a doubt, will profit the people able to interpret the necessary data. Even more importantly, the next 2 quarters will be the most bullish quarters since 1995. Possibly even the conception of the modern equities market.
