Hostels are too expensive????

Guys I am a first time solo traveller , want to travel to Manali around 20-23 december, checked hostels on Agoda , it says 2k-3k+ per night?? Is this the rates?

I want to stay there for some days , meet good people , make friends , bonfire enjoy life leaving the office and life problems.

I am 22 YO.

Please lemme know what's best , and if someone is traveling around that date let's connect.

I will be travelling from Noida , it is my first solo trip.
