C-section or vaginal?

Hi friends, I need some advice. I’ve had a complicated and difficult pregnancy, some issues include my advanced age, high heart rate and large fibroid. I’m 32 weeks and the baby is currently breach. It is believed the fibroid is inhibiting her downward movement. I may have no choice but to have a section. However, my question is for if I do get a choice (if the baby flips). I’ve heard from a few family friends and doctors that women really regret not getting a C-section in a lot of cases. The unpredictability, trauma and long-term complications of vaginal birth are not always worthwhile. I’ve also known a lot of women who have had great vaginal births. My questions to you are: do you have or know of women with c-section regret? Is it unwise to do all c-sections if you want 4 children? Any other information that you would use to make this decision?
