New To TFT. Am I crazy that this seems unfair/unreasonable?
I just played what was a really cool lobby with an insanely anticlimactic ending.
I got the quest of twilight, ended up hitting both Xin and Yasuo 3* in an Ionia contested lobby, managed to stabilize, but me and this guy and a Freljord player were all super closely matched. I was working on a 3* Zaheen, got 2* Yone, I got Darkin 3, shit was all super intense. I rolled down and grabbed a 2 Star Kindred, and the Thieves Gloves showed me Blue Buff + Rageblade, so I pulled it back and slapped it on her to try to get the kindred zone built. For how fights had been going so far that should have been checkmate.
Then, suddenly, the last fight was insanely one sided for my opponent. Like I might as well have full sold the board levels of one sided. My squad was just stunned the whole fight. I even got the kindred zone out right before everything got set to 1 HP and permastunned.
I asked what was causing it, and his answer was that it was just his 3 star Swain? Am I crazy that it seems silly that one 3* 4 cost can completely trivialize everything else leading up to that point? I understand 3* 5 costs being checkmate because it's much harder to achieve, but this just seems absurd.
