Who is the best EVO ICL Surgeon in Texas?

Hello Texans!!

I’m currently considering EVO ICL surgery within the next 2 years.

Who is the absolute BEST surgeon that does this procedure here in Texas, preferably in the Dallas to San Antonio to Houston region of Texas?? Price is not an issue as I just want to have the best absolute outcome as I’m tired of wearing dam glasses and after some research I think this is the best eye surgery for me.

EVO ICL for those that don’t know is a form of eye surgery similar to LASIK, PRK and or SMILE.
