[M4A] My life with a condition that causes severe cum/precum over-production

Hi there! To start, this is not a fantasy post - I’m looking to talk to people who are interested in learning about what it’s like living with hyperspermia. I have all seen people try to talk about this condition but get it all wrong because it’s playing to their fetishes. For those who don’t know, hyperspermia is a medical condition that causes an overproduction of semen, along with a number of other side effects. People often think this would be fun, but it can definitely suck at times. It is not nearly as fun as you might imagine. Constantly having to deal with it multiple times per day gets old fast, especially as I have a pretty severe case. Im here to talk about it — the good and the bad. It has made for some fun experiences and some annoying ones, with some of the side effects.

Talking about it and being open about it has helped me feel better about it in the past. In some weird way it has helped me to learn to embrace it. Im not looking for any roleplay or anything - just conversation with respectful, curious people. If you would like to learn anything about what it is like living with this or any other aspect of the condition, just let me know! It is a pretty rare condition, and there isnt much information about it online. Plus, most of the information is unfortunately mostly fetish based, which is a shame. I get why that is, but it is a medical condition, and it can feel weird to interact more with fetish content than medical content. It also contributes to a fair amount of misinformation out there about the condition. Hopefully I can help fix that problem in some small part
