Senator set up with the dead prostitute

Okay I expect to take some flack here but help me out. I've watched parts I and II multiple times and I never knew about the scene where the senator gets set up with the dead hooker. On another post, someone mentioned it and I had to look it up on youtube. What scenes is it in between? I have the trilogy on DVD. Did they cut that part out of some versions?
