Hello looking to make a career change I am an asphalt roller operator any suggestions ?

I have been an asphalt paver operator for 4 years i have worked various construction jobs since I was 16 so i have a lot of transferable skills for different occupations . I have a 4 page resume that details all my past jobs and skills . I am 28 years old I currently make $27 an hr. I’m looking to see if anybody can help with suggestions. I have a wife and 4 pets I take care of so I can’t take a crazy pay cut, also I live in southwestern pa. I’m Just looking for suggestions
