Due to Prussia now owning New Königsberg (Papua New Guinea), the Great Ming has proposed an alliance due to both nations owning Southeast Asian territories.
The sultan himself, Sultan Hëfiz ad-Din al-Rashid has stated,

"If it’s an attack against an ally of Prussia, Prussia will come to its aid"
"If Prussia owns territory in the contested area, a military presence will be there, not for war, but for the safety of the civilians."
