Tuttio 01 throttle stopped working (E08)

Hello,

My Tuttio soleil 01 throttle shows E08 (throttle error) error code and the bike won’t move, I’ve tried unplugging and replugging it, still same error. Any help? Can I reset it? How to fix?

Thanks!
