The Worst Online Service I've Ever Seen

For reference, I had a $50 Best buy GCard that I wanted to use to purchase a digital PSN code.

24 HOURS went by and I didnt receive it in my email.

I contacted support, only for them to cancel my order, then claim I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund to my original payment method when I used a Best buy gcard to purchase in the first place? Why?

Then when I tried to place a new order it wont even let me add it to my cart? I just get non stop errors now. WTF is this service?
