Giving up on German?

hey,

I’ve started learning german a year ago but never was consistant I study for a week and not study for 3 months then I started lately studying with an online course from A2 cuz I believe my A1 was good, it’s been three months now I’m almost at the end of A2, and I’m so tired of this language I mean at the beginning I was so excited and I really enjoyed it but lately i’ve been having a hard time with grammatic it’s so overwhelming and have been questioning my choice of learning it cuz actually the reason why I’m learning it is because i want to work in Germany as a doctor, I’m done with my studies and I have backed off from taking the speciality exam just to learn the language now I’m kind of lost, so lost actually, I feel like I’m losing both chances cuz I‘m not studying for the exam and the language is frustrating me, I have to get B2 in a year, i feel so burned out and anxious only from thinking
