Are these symptoms of HPylori?

I moved continents a little over a year ago and have since been experiencing stomach burns, brain fog, acid reflux, sudden sharp pain in my knees, excessive gas, difficulty sleeping and spasms in my calves. I have also put on extreme weight around my gut and face/neck.

Please let me know. I am completely new to this and have been visiting a GP who has only put me on meds to curb gas for now.
