Fish for 10 gal Hard Water

Have a 10 gal set up that seems to be cursed. Nothing survives except for amanos.

Water conditions are fine except for pH which is somewhere close to 9.

Have tried adding almond leaves which barely changes anything.

Any stocking suggestions?
