Tempted! Close to relapse

Honestly dont know how to handle this this anymore and just cant seem to get my mind off it. Currently on day 6 of nofap and a peeked a few times today. I know its wrong and im trying to learn from it. Finding it very hard to let go especially from some women. Worried I might fall back into my old habits.
