Am I wrong or is she?

Wife says I'm in the wrong when I tell her to not leave kimchee soup outside the fridge for hours and hours, last batch was cooked over 24h ago, had beef in it. She is reheating it now and she plans to let it cool off and will then store it in the fridge for a later time.

Is that common in Korea? I would think that's not a safe way to handling food and I'm thinking I should tell her to waste that soup but that will definitely cause some drama
