66 Hours into Andrew's PMP Ebook+Course+Simulator Bundle. When does this end?

This course is wrecking my spirit. I thought it was supposed to be 35 hours? What am I doing wrong? Im 92% done on the completion thing. He says you must hit 100% to submit for the certificate. I'm well past the 35 hour certificate section. Ive completed 14 sections past the certificate.
