[USA-IL][H] Paypal [W] 6700xt, 3060, 2080ti, 7600xt

Trying to finish some PC builds for family, looking to find something like a 3060 12gb, 2080ti, 6700xt, or 7600xt style of card. Looking to stay under $200 if possible. Will consider cards like a 2080s or a 5700xt for the right price.
