Ratings on Go 7

I am considering getting a Go 7 from Amazon. However, the ratings are low - around a 3.7 average. Since people seem to love it, why the poor ratings? Also, I've been using my Palma for reading. I haven't used my kindle PW in months. So, while I want another Boox, I wonder if one of these devices will just sit.

Input, please.
