Has anyone had any success in being prescribed estrogen cream despite not being menopausal?

The high prolactin is giving me menopause symptoms, I have all of the symptoms of GSM* but I’m concerned that I won’t be able to get estrogen cream due to not being menopausal.

I’m yet to start Cab and I know that as my prolactin lowers my estrogen should increase, but I’m really struggling and in need of relief ASAP. Is there a chance I can be prescribed it? Has anyone been able to get it to relieve their vaginal symptoms?
