Thank you for your attention! I'd like to share this post, which was overseen by the creator of the trails community: u/Tugamascota. He created this space within Reddit for people who love trails in Portugal, but the idea wasn't just for posting experiences and photos, NO...

r/trilhosportugal is a niche within [HIVE.BLOG](http://HIVE.BLOG), meaning there's a link between Hive and Reddit. That's right... It's a project by an investor within the platform to attract people from Portugal to Hive and help them become professional bloggers.

1. After creating an account on HIVE.BLOG, which is the same as https://peakd.com/ , you can start exploring communities to share your experiences (that is, your trails).

2. Depending on the quality of your content, you'll earn rewards, starting when other users upvote your posts, or the famous "whales." The coins circulating on Hive are: (hive and hbd), both cryptocurrencies that you can easily exchange for euros via Binance.

**EXCUSE ME, ARE YOU SAYING I RECEIVE REWARDS FOR POSTING MY TRIPS AND TRAILS? Yes...** In Portugal, [HIVE.BLOG](http://HIVE.BLOG) isn't well-known, and there are very few Portuguese users. This community was also created to attract people to the platform.

**Do you have any questions?** Feel free to ask, leave a comment; if you're interested in joining, you're welcome: https://discord.gg/SVCSfpDC. Here we have tutorials and people who will guide you.

# We're more than just a community for uploading trail photos

Why are we a different community? r/trilhosportugal
