An Objective Tier List Of ADC Champions Scaling
To start, I wanna say that I have seen a lot of arguments in the League community on what the best scaling ADC is or how some ADCs compare vs others so I decided to do this. The way I will be determining their position is based on their Win Rate vs Game Length at 40+ minutes. If the numbers on some champs look very weird I will go back and look at a couple of past patches to confirm. All stats will be taken from Lolalytics. The placement on every tier is independant of each other, there is no left to right or right to left placement dynamic.
I will go through some interesting results below to me
NILAH
Honestly, when I was making this tier list I knew she has insane scaling but it is even more crazy than I thought, her WR% in late game is always above 56%, I went back a couple of patches back to check and most of the patches she even reaches 57%. The amount of stats she gains from items is incredible and her W gives her time to annihilate everybody late game. She deserves her own tier.
EXODIA
Twitch is clearly an absurd scaling ADC by any stats you use. His burts, range and stealth allow him to bury the entire team in seconds, no surprise here.
Aphelios is probably the ADC most people think of when they hear scaling ADC, we have all played vs Aphelios in late game, no explanation needed here.
LATEGAME GOD
One champ I wanna highlight here is Jhin, I am sure a lot of people are surprised here. I was as well and went to check some previous patches back and his placement is not a mistake, every single patch I have seen has him above 54% wr. His public perception as a not the best scaler is seemingly completely wrong.
None of the other champs are surprising to me
Good Scaler
Interesting champ here is Vayne, I thought she would be higher but her range might be her detrimental weakness here.
Mediocre
A champ that might surprise people here is Kog'Maw but it is really not surprising, lots of Kog'Maw mains understand that the champ is his weakest in late.
Bad tier looks pretty predictable.

Some notes: If the champion had less than 10,000 games on this patch I will take their last patch numbers and combine them to accurately represent their position. All the stats are Emerald+
