chisa or phoebe signature weapon

I’m using phoebe as a main dps with SRover and chisa. Right now phoebe is using the battlepass crit% (augment), and chisa is using lustrous razor (no crit% or crit dmg). I mainly want this team to overall do better as they are rn my favorite characters. Which one will boost my team damage more?
